Manchester United want to add two more reinforcements to their squad, according to reports.
Manchester United could land the signature of one of the most highly-rated midfielders in the Portuguese League this season. According to A Bola, the Red Devils have begun initial talks with the agent of Porto midfielder Hector Herrera over a possible transfer to Old Trafford.
The Mexican star has been linked with a move to Napoli, while Premier League side Liverpool are also said to be interested in bringing him to Anfield. At 26-years, he has a release clause of around 40 million Euros, but the English giants are expected to negotiate a cheaper price.
Meanwhile, the Red Devils are also said to be interested in signing Valencia midfielder Vicente Fores. The agent of the startlet confirmed to Sport Witness that the two parties have entered negotiations but no deal had been reached yet. He said:
“With me. Just a contact to know his situation. They’re already aware.
“I don’t know about Valencia. But I reckon they will make it hard.
“We’ve just started talking. It’s up to United.”
Herrera currently plays for Valencia’s B team, and has already made four appearances for the senior team. He has a release clause of around four million pounds, something that will not be much of a problem for Man United.
