Neymar Agrees Deal with Chelsea as Barca Targets Mahrez

Chelsea have apparently agreed a £155.5 million mega deal to sign Barcelona star Neymar but Antonio Conte has blocked the transfer, according to Tuttosport via Tuttomercatoweb.
Roman Abramovich has reportedly reached an agreement with Barcelona but Conte, who is still attracting interest from Inter, is keen to explore other targets.

Arsenal are set to battle Tottenham to sign Schalke midfielder Leon Goretzka this summer, according to the Daily Mirror.
